Famous for summer The Hamptons also experience four distinct seasons.  At DPM we've developed our own strategy for how to best manage properties in our unique location.  Recognizing this creates opportunity for certain items to be overlooked when caring for a property we have developed a season based approach to overseeing a property.  While the general list of tasks associated with managing a property remain the same week after week, DPM has taken the time to analyze the specific items that need attention for each season.   

 

 Spring:  Crunch time as we cleanup from the winter and prepare for the busy season of summer to begin. A great time for a detailed inspection of the property and completing all work that was scheduled for the off-seasons.  We set our key milestones for the upcoming year and onboard any service contractors necessary to keep the property running at peak performance.

 Summer:  Prime season for enjoying your home means at DPM we have to have everything running at peak performance.  This means making sure grounds are looking their best, pool is functioning properly, and house is operating flawlessly. It’s imperative this is all managed and coordinated behind the scenes so you, your family and your guests get to kick back and relax uninterrupted

 Autumn:  Some of the best weather arrives in Autumn after the busy summer comes to an end and the weather begins to cool. This is a great time to evaluate the existing conditions and prepare for the winter season as well as begin any renovations or upgrades to your property to allow enough time for completion before the following summer season.

 Winter:  Special care needs to be given in winter to protect against the cold weather and snow.  We make sure driveways and walkways are clear for safe access, not just for our clients but for servicemen and emergency as well.  During the most extreme days we make additional visits to ensure the house is up to temperature and no freeze ups occur.

Brandon Dubrow:

Brandon has experience with all different aspects and phases of construction from concept to post-construction care.

Brandon started his professional career in his teenage years as a house painter including small home improvements before transitioning to a career in smart home technology then eventually moving to construction management. Brandon offers a versatile and valuable set of skills and experience along with an eye for detail.

With over a decade in the industry on the East End he has worked along side and built relationships with many contractors and service providers making him an extremely valuable asset to the ongoing care of any home.
